How do I play the claw machines?Just purchase a token package, insert your tokens into any machine, and start grabbing! Each machine has instructions and prize details right on it.

What kind of prizes can I win?We stock our machines with a rotating mix of plushies, collectibles, snacks, and surprise items—all hand-picked for max cuteness!

Do I need to book in advance to visit?Nope! Walk-ins are always welcome. Just come during our open hours and start playing. For parties or large groups, we recommend booking ahead.

Can I book a birthday party or private event?Yes! We’d love to host your celebration. Check out our Party & Group Bookings page for more details and to send an inquiry.

What types of snacks and drinks do you offer?We offer a variety of treats including fan favorites like Pocky, Ramune, and other fun snacks. Our full menu is coming soon!

Are there age restrictions?Clawture is fun for all ages! Kids under 12 should be accompanied by an adult, but otherwise, everyone’s welcome to play and win.

What token packages do you offer?We’ve got flexible options to fit your fun! $10 = 10 tokens $30 = 30 tokens $50 = 55 tokens $100 = 120 tokens The more you grab, the more you save—check out the Play & Pricing page for full details.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty rewards?Not at the moment — we don’t currently have a membership or loyalty program. But we’re always exploring ways to bring more fun and value to our players, so stay tuned for future updates!
